These Terms of Service cover the JustAnother Audio website at https://justanother.audio and the services it provides online. Use of our software is covered by the End User License Agreement (https://justanother.audio/eula/). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (https://justanother.audio/privacy-policy/).

2. SERVICES

All services below are free of charge:

Website. Product pages, documentation, and help.
Support form. A way to send us questions and problem reports.
Product emails. News about our products and updates, sent only if you sign up.
Customer account. Sign-up and sign-in, managing your licenses and activated computers, downloads, trials, and email preferences. The account runs on Moonbase’s platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Beta applications. When a beta is open, a form to apply to test unreleased software.

Buying a license is a separate contract with Moonbase, our Merchant of Record, under its buyer terms shown at checkout.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

A current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge, with JavaScript enabled.
Browser storage enabled, for sign-in and checkout.
An email address, for the account, the support form, and product emails.
An internet connection. Our software’s own requirements are listed on the product page.

4. YOUR CONTENT

Don’t send or post anything unlawful through our forms, your account, or our community spaces. That includes content that infringes someone else’s rights, malware, and spam. We may delete such content and close an account used for it.

5. STARTING AND ENDING A SERVICE

Website: starts when you open a page, ends when you leave.
Support form: starts when you send it, ends when we have handled your message.
Product emails: start when you sign up, including by starting a free trial (see our Privacy Policy). You can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, in your account, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing doesn’t end a trial already started.
Customer account: starts when you sign up. You can close it at any time by emailing [email protected]. Closing it doesn’t affect licenses you bought, but you need an account to activate them.
Beta applications: start when you send the form, and end when the beta ends or when you ask us to withdraw your application.

We may stop providing a free service, or close an account that breaks Section 4, after notifying you by email. Except where an account was used for unlawful content, we give at least 14 days’ notice. We never take away a license you bought.

6. COMPLAINTS

If something about our website or account services doesn’t work as it should, email [email protected] and tell us what happened. We reply by email within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If we don’t reply in time, your complaint is accepted.

Complaints about the software follow Section 11 of the EULA. Billing complaints go to Moonbase.

After complaining to us, Consumers may seek out-of-court resolution. For our Warsaw business, the competent body is the Mazowiecki Wojewódzki Inspektor Inspekcji Handlowej w Warszawie. Details are in UOKiK’s register at https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Our participation is voluntary. If we can’t resolve your complaint, we tell you by email whether we agree to take part.

7. CHANGES

We may change these Terms for a valid reason: a change in the law or a decision by a court or authority, security, or a change in the services or in who provides them. We publish the new version on this page with its date. If you have an account or receive our emails, we email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can close your account or unsubscribe before then.

8. LAW

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live, and can bring proceedings in the courts of that country or in Poland.
